• OFFICIAL RECOGNITION - Those nominated are then recognized by State and National Legislators for their accomplishments in their States. We build affirmation.

She Leads – Payment & Participation Disclaimer

By registering for any She Leads event, program, conference, workshop, or training, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All Payments Are Non-Refundable
   All registration fees, deposits, and payments made to She Leads are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be returned, transferred, or credited for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or failure to attend the event.

2. Event Changes
   She Leads reserves the right to make adjustments to event schedules, speakers, venues, or program details if necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Transfer of Registration (If Allowed)
   In certain circumstances, She Leads may permit a participant to transfer their registration to another individual with prior written approval from the organization.

4. Participant Responsibility
   Participants are responsible for ensuring they are available and able to attend the event prior to completing payment.

5. Agreement to Terms
   By completing payment and registration, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
